Audience: Staff members that have been invited to recertify their Mandt certificates.
Overview: Participants will refresh their relational and technical skills. Participants will do/engage in a review of relational and technical skills and test to proficiency.
Materials: Bring your own pencil and pen (a pen is necessary for testing).
